How to apply

We have a simple application process.

Complete this form. The more details you can give us about your Bucket List Wish, the more helpful it is for our volunteers to research & build your Wish.

Once your application is received our volunteers process it usually within 2-4 working days. However sometimes it can be longer due to the number of applications we’ve received. 

Think about what the applicant loves, what are they passionate about? Is there something they’ve always wanted to do? Someone they’ve always wanted to meet? 
Who would they like to join them on their Wish? When would they like to do it? Do they have a specific Wish location? 

These kind of questions help us create a special Wish.

We aim to grant one Wish from your Bucket List application.

You can apply for a Wish for yourself, a relative or friend or a patient of yours. 

One of our volunteers will contact you to discuss the application and they will then ask you to send two further items to go in to a private Wish file. This will activate the Wish file and the research will then commence.
